Fundamenta la memorialista el incidente de desacato, en el hecho de indicar que la sentencia de la referencia no ha sido cumplida por la entidad accionada.

La Sala de Revisión no advierte la necesidad de que la Corporación directamente adopte la tramitación del incidente de desacato y por ello decide NO ASUMIR la petición impetrada y remitir el escrito de desacato a la Sala de Casación Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, para que determine lo que estime pertinente.
